Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped out 2-3 business days from the date the order was received by Cairn and Roots. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped to indicate exactly when the shipment will arrive at the address you provided. If in any case you do not receive a tracking number via email, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY by email at cairnandroots@outlook.com. In most cases, we will make it right by giving you a special offer.

When returning an item, you will need to fill out a form on our website at the “Contact Us” Part of our website. Any exchange or return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
